This is where comments about the wild game dinner are being collected. When you create a blog post what you say will be incorporated into the website. My hope is that you will let me know what you are willing to do for this years dinner.

Hi everyone! Hope to hear what everyone is cooking so we can balance things. If you don’t have much game to cook-we could sure use vegey’s (a vegey tray and dip would be nice and would go good with smoked turkey as hoer’derve). Also, Steve has a variety of birds in freezer and could use volunteers to cook some-always fun to see how everyone cooks. See Ya Saturday!

I will be happy to cook the bacon blanketed Pheasants again. I think that I have 2 in the freezer, if you would like me to cook more like this I would be happy to that, just get me the birds. I also plan on making bird bites wrapped in bacon with sweet and spicy coating. I am also going to make some kind of side.

    Hello All!
We were under Joe’s direction to make salad and hour’derves. I was tentatively leaning toward a simple spinach, dried cherry, feta with a vinaigrette. Some sort of fresh flavorful bread, maybe slightly interesting. ..
And maybe something smoked salmon? Raspberry chipolte cream cheese? I am open to make or cook whatever. Oh and i bought a dragonfruit that i would like dream up a fun use for. 🙂
